I’m currently unable to upload photos to Firefly for editing, despite the service working for only about a week and a half. Considering the cost, this disruption is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly or provide a full refund.

He probado la opcio arrastrar la imagen y no la coge.

Tambien he probado la opcion "desde tu dispositivo" pero tampoco la coge.

Estoy intentando subir un jpg para convertirlo en video.

Realmente no se que hacer...

Bonjour, je teste actuellement firefly en ligne, je voudrais transformer une image transformée sur photoshop en vidéo, hélas, aucun moyen d'importer l'image ne fonctionne. Ni en utilisant le bouton "share", ni en exportant l'image et en tentant d'importer directement sur la page firefly. 
Est ce quelqu'un sait ce qu'il se passe ? 
Merci pour votre aide.

In Firefly Generate, I am trying to upload images as references.  Files are not uploaded to multiple models with no explanation as to why.  If an image is rejected, let me know why so I can fix it.  Otherwise, I'm just guessing for hours.

Could you  provide a screenshot? This helps us better help you. 

Have you used a different browser? Crome tends to work best. Have you cleared your cache?

Impossible de charger l'image pour la génération de vidéos, environnement firefox sous windows (même problème avec le navigateur edge puisque j'ai essayé également), page : https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/video
1. je clique sur le champ "Première image" situé en dessous de "Image vidéo"
2. puis je choisis "Votre appareil" puisque mon image se trouve sur mon ordi
3. la fenêtre classique de sélection de l'image sur mon ordi s'ouvre et je sélectionne mon image (jpg ou png, j'ai testé les deux) et je clique sur "ouvrir"
4. rien ne se charge dans l'espace correspondant à l'image sur le site, c'est exactement comme si je n'avais rien fait.
Peu importe la taille et le format de l'image, ça reste vide.
Si je lance une production de vidéo comme si l'image était présente mais pas affichée, la vidéo ne se base pas sur l'image bien sûr, ça montre bien qu'elle n'est pas du tout chargée.

Même si je comprends qu'il s'agit d'un bug, ce n'est pas un petit bug, ça rend mon expérience de votre très prometteur "truc de vidéo"... vraiment naze...
La frustration est renforcée par le fait qu'un message m'indique que j'ai un accès illimité jusqu'au 15 décembre, ce qui me donne seulement envie de retourner vers la concurrence que j'utilise déjà et qui ne bug pas sur l'un des éléments les plus fondamentaux de la génération de vidéos.

The image reference form on the vector generation screen (/generate/vector) won't allow me to upload any images, either form my device nor from Adobe cloud storage.

How to reproduce:

Navigate to https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/vector -> press "Add image" button -> from your device -> select .png file.

What I expect to happen:

The selected image should appear on the input field and be used as a reference.

My device:

OS: Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS
Browser: Mozilla Firefox 145.0.2

Das Problem taucht auf unter Safari und Firefox. Eine Fehlermeldung gibt es nicht. Bilder, die ich versuche hochzuladen, werden einfach nicht angezeit.

Adobe is pretty much scamming their users. Firefly video model rejects all reference images so there is actually no free video generation with Firefly until 15th Dec. It's all a lie.

Not able to upload the reference image in Firefly for image generation.

Upon clicking on upload reference image, I got prompt to either select from Adobe Cloud Storage or upload from local device. However, none of them works, even if I upload the comercially safe image, it just not able to upload.
