(Merging all similar threads here so we can collect information on this bug.)
There are several limitations for this release:
- This will be saved to the local browser and is not connected to an individual's CC Library yet.
- Favorites will not persist when switching to a different browser or using an incognito browser
- Only works for Text to Image and Text Effect modules
- Favoriting images using 'Use as reference image' and 'Show similar' generated images is not optimized yet

Can you do the following things to help us identify the source of the problem:
- let us know what brower and OS you are using.
- make sure you are not using incognito mode
- Look within your developer console in the browser for errors when accessing favorites page or adding favorite
- If on chrome, install this chrome addon and share what the contents of your Origin Private File System are: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/opfs-explorer/acndjpgkpaclldomagafnognkcgjignd
