Porblem with Adobe Firefly

Hello, I'm contacting you following a discussion with your chat agent who told me to contact support directly to get the problems fixed. I've just started a free trial on Adobe Firefly. I may use your service on a daily basis in the future.

On many of the photos I use on Firefly, I have a recurring problem.

It says that my photos don't comply with Adobe Firefly conditions and rules, they are deemed invalid.
I've added six photo attachments showing examples of photos that have not been accepted even though there's nothing sexuaal or bizarre about them. I mainly use Adobe Firefly to change the background of the photos.

If it happened once in a while, I wouldn't have a problem, but it happens in at least one photo out of three.

Your chat agent informed me that this must be due to a censorship level that can apparently be lowered. I'd like to know if it's possible to lower it on my account. You can trust me. I will continue to respect your platform and use it wisely on a daily basis.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Let's start with the guidelines that Firefly follows and the terms of use are outlined in these documents: Adobe Generative AI User Guidelines. and Adobe Generative AI Additional Terms: Adobe Generative AI Additional Terms. The terms of use are applied to all accounts using Firefly (there is no option to apply a different set of terms of use to specific accounts).

The model makes decisions on whether it believes that an image violates the terms of use through mathematics and rules. It is not a human examining it making that determination. Because of that, it is possible for the model to reject an image which some or even most people would not think violates the terms of use.

I tried your images, and two of the three were not rejected for me, but I also was not using the prompt you used as I am not sure what it was, and I was starting from your image that had areas already selected:

Prompt: old painting of a man on a horse

Prompt: glass walls and purple ceiling

I am working from your screen shots and not the original images, so that might be the reason I am seeing different results.

The third image did generate an error, and I believe that is because the model thought too much skin is showing.

Note, it is generally best to work on areas of the image separately and not select multiple separate areas of the image for changes at the same time as you did in Capture2 and Capture3.
