Problème enregistrement favoris

Bonjour,

lorsque j'appuie sur la petite étoile pour conserver mes fichiers firefly favoris, l'application me dit "enregistré dans les favoris" mais quand je vais dans dossier "fichiers > favoris" le dossier est vide. Aucune des images que j'ai cochées ne s'est enregistrée.

Que faut-il faire ? où est le problème ?

I am sorry you are having this problem.

Are you looking for your favourites under "files" in the same browser and on the same computer where you saved the favourite?  Favourites are stored in the browser cache, so you can only see them in the same browser on the same computer.

If you are looking on the same browser on the same computer, there are a few possible issues. First, it is worth trying a different browser as a test. Open another browser, generate an image, favourite it, and see if you can see it in the favourites area while using that same browser.

That's right, it works with another browser. And I just realized that I'm in private browsing, and that's what's causing the problem! Thanks a lot 🙂
