Problem with credits

Hello

some of my credits were deducted even though generation failed with the message “Something went wrong”. How can I restore the lost credits to my account?

Hi Marcin, 

I am sorry about the issue. Could you check under my stuff to see if the generation is visible? We do not have the option to restore credits at the moment. We appreciate your patience.  Let us know if you need additional help.
