Restore Generative credits

When I tried to download an image from Firefly it hit an error and reverted back to the original. It didn't revert back the 20 or so generative credits I'd used to make it. The progress etc hasn't saved anywhere. Is there a way to get the generative credits back? Or is there a history I just can't find ?

Hello @Andrew38491125qvxx,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

If you were using Generative Fill there is no history and no way to get back to the edited image. I usually advise people to save the file after every few edits as a hedge against a reset. But in this case, you got an error saving. What was that error? Was there an error message or did the screen just reset back to the original image?

Thanks,

Hi there

It's my first day using firefly after enjoying the free trial. I'm really impressed with it so just bought the year and wasn't expecting it. I'll be saving as I go now, it had been flawless up until this happened.
There was an error but it flashed up quickly then just reverted back to the original image. From what I saw it was just a generic "adobe has encountered an error while downloading" but the error page didn't display in full, it appeared almost in the background behind the image itself. I'm using my phone so this happened after holding my finger on the image and hitting save where the pages are almost in the background.

Just a little frustrating to spend up the tokens for nothing and once I go through the image again I'll have used about half my months allocation.

Thanks for the reply
