Still having access issues after filling out the form

I applied for Adobe Firefly with great excitement on March 24th and was thrilled to receive a "You're In" email on April 4th. However, I encountered some trouble when I tried to use the program, as it showed "request access" even though I had confirmed that my email address was correct and tried basic troubleshooting steps, such as changing browsers and ensuring VPN was turned off. Despite having filled out the feedback form as instructed on the official forum, I still have not been able to use Adobe Firefly. I am still eagerly awaiting the chance to try out this exciting new program and remain hopeful that the Adobe team will be able to assist me in resolving this issue soon.
