trying to translate a video, it stops but gets credits off anyway

Hi, 

I tried to tranlste a video twice and both times the system stopped saying that it was not possible to finish the job. Unfortunately I saw credits being detracted, even without successful completion. Can I get back my credits? thanks Fabrizio Mollica
