Unable to access premium on my pro account

Hello @ericmjg,

In addition to what @Oh.N8 is asking for, can you tell us if you are subscribed to a plan that has Firefly premium features, such as Firefly Pro or Creative Cloud Pro. If you are not sure, please go to account.adobe.com and take a screen shot of the left two columns showing which plans you have (but do not include the third column that has payment information).
