Unable to generate result via Reference fill/Object fill

Hi Team,

 

I am unable to use generative AI fill, it generates via basic prompts provided, however when I try changing or adding another reference or object fill it shows "unexpected error occured try again". Pls help or suggest how to fix this!

Hi ririii!

Sorry about the trouble. I tried generating the image using your prompt and also used the same style reference and was able to get the image. Can you change the browser and see if that brings any change?

Thanks for replying, i did try changing the browser as well as clearing the cache and cookies. Still doesn't seem to work.

What might be the issue? I am clueless.

If this is happening every time and you are on a Windows machine, try resetting the windows firewall back to the default settings.

ok, unfortunately, I think the problem is likely to more complex than we will be able to solve here. I recommend you contact Adobe Technical Support.

 

But, one more thing to check. Does the file /etc/hosts have any line containing adobe.com?
