When the agents can't help they just hang up on you after claiming it works for them and so it must be on your end. There isn't even a translation link or icon within my firefly.adobe.com account.

I tried talking to the agents many times. Here was the conclusion of another conversation where the agent strongly implied that Firefly doesn't even do translations anymore:

I eventually was able to use a VPN to get it working after I used ChatGPT to help me deduce why this useless error message might be happening... Turns out yes, in Illinois my IP must have been blocked. Then I tried a VPN with a Texas IP which didn't help - so I assumed the error message was not because of my IP address. Then after a few more hours of research I decided to try another country and it didn't work - but when I tried a Washington state IP - it started working! Why does Adobe have such intense IP blocks with useless error messages when the service behind the link is paid only (therefore no one is getting it for free)?
