What is going on with Firefly?

I keep going back to Firefly to get a project done and this is the screen I get, and it freezes, it looked & worked normally for a day, now back to this.

Is anyone looking into this?  It's been going on for weeks, I thought it was on my end but it's not.

@Gil38792445205p have you checked/tried the following?

1. Check your network connection if on WiFi - make sure you are connecting to 5 ghz and not dual band/2.4 ghz.

2. Tried accessing with another browser.

3. Checked for browser updates and confirmed no pop up blockers active.

4. Id say check your firewall/Win Defender but it appears you can ping the site.
