White background unavailable!!!

Why on earth won't it heed my request to design a logo with a WHITE BACKGROUND?! The designs are useless without a white background. There are no settings to set the background.

Could you share a screenshot of the results? and maybe a prompt that you are using?

To make logos you may consider using.
Adobe Express 
Or 
Adobe Illustrator 

Illustrator is a great App to create logos. You can generate vector images/ logos in Illustrator.
