Hi o.producer!
Sorry about the trouble. If you get the "Something went wrong" error, Firefly may be at capacity. You can wait for a moment and try again. You can also consider revisiting the prompt and ensuring it's within 1,800 characters. At this time, we’re unable to restore the credits manually. However, you will receive new credits in your upcoming credit cycle as scheduled. We’ll also share your feedback with the relevant team to help improve the experience going forward.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
KR

Hi Karitka
I understand that Firefly may be at capacity and I can wait for a moment and try again. But the problem is that when it gives me an error it get my credits for zero result. In fact, the system is stealing money from me giving me message about an error back. I do not agree to pay for your system’s mistakes. I did not sign up for this, and this was not specified in our agreement. I spent around a thousand credits just to receive an error message from your system. I need these credits for work now, not in the next billing cycle—especially since you will be crediting me then anyway. I am requesting that you immediately credit my account with one thousand credits as compensation for your system’s errors.
Thanks,
IT
