AI Credits For Firefly?

Does anyone know when AI credits took effect? I've been trying to use Firefly for the past 3 hours and discovered at the end of may time-outs, I have no credits left. 0/1500 it says on my account. Now my account shows 1000/2500 AI credits? Weird! I didn't buy any so I have no idea what is going on there.

Using AI in Photoshop and Firefly text to image both are timing out still so I'm assuming my issue is not related AI credits but is a technical issue. Off to IT I go!
