burning credits

I am burning credits and get the same pictures even after using a differen prompt, and now I get invalid html in message body while I didn't use any html  just plain text

Where I am it is november 1 and the credits are visible and counting down so your 'help' is not helping me one bit and not resoving the issue of not getting new images for my prompts at all

@stefanie32639035g2hn It looks like there are two concerns here. 

1. The results don't match your vision. I've noticed that the more descriptive I am, the closer to my vision the results are. Check out this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/firefly/using/tips-and-tricks.html

If you like you can also share your prompt and we can try and workshop somethng that will work. 🙂 

2. It sounds like you're on a Free Account which does reset once a month. @jane-e is correct regarding credits starting on Nov 1, but that is for customers on a plan.  Please read more here: https://helpx.adobe.com/firefly/using/generative-credits.html

If you try to by a plan and get an erorr messge you might be running into this issue: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-firefly-discussions/i-can-t-purchase-a-firefly-plan-in-my-count...

Thanks fot all the input but non of you answer my question: why don't I get different results at different prompts, I get exactly the same results (no change whatsoever, exactly the same, as in THE SAME) at everything I try and every action is taking credits off my balance. This seems like an error to me, not 'not maching my vision' But if I can't get answers here, there are more options than firefly

@stefanie32639035g2hn Can you share a video of this in action? If I understand correctly, you're refreshing with the same prompt and styles, and your credits are being used, but you're not seeing any changes in the images. 

I've tried to reproduce this on several devices and browsers without any issues. :<

 

  • What device, browser/version, and module are you using?
  • Please include a video of the issue.
