Buying Credits - Give 1 Month Package

Hiya,

When I signed up for some Generative credits I wanted to try out the service, I did not want to sign up to a monthly subscription for the sake of 'having a go'. The only way i could pay for 'just 1 month' was to cancel Adobe's access to my Paypal's.

Yet now I am continually getting "Payment Failed" emails telling me there is a problem.

Then you give me 30 free Credits to try lure me back to a monthly subscription, then today I get another payment failed email and you have seemingly credited me with 100 generative credits wiping out the 30 Free ones.

So basically, sort your act out, offer single month generative credit packages and stop pestering me on email with "failed Payment" guff.

Thanks lots.

Hi, Just received another "Your account will be suspended" email.

You need to fix your system, it does not allow for people who want to try a service (Firefly) out for a month. This means the only way it's possible to do this is by signing up then cancelling the recurring payments via Paypal. I dread to think how much money you would be taking off me for a service I'm not using if I'd signed up with a Bank Card.
Bad form, quite disingenuous if there isn't a simple way to cancel a subscription.

Subscription services for Adobe products is why I stopped Updating my old software, you simply don't cater for very low usage, I might use Photoshop for 20mins, Illustrator for 10mins and Indesign for 3-4 hours each month or I may use none of them for 2-3 months. This usage does not fit for me with your trading model being so restrictive. (using CS2 that I got when at College! then later found you'd changed your business model so that stopped me upgrading).

Can't reply to your billing email either cos it says Mailbox Full.

Did you cancel your plan? You can cancel or confirm that you cancelled following these directions:

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

The help page says if you have a monthly plan, you can cancel anytime with no fee.

If you still have questions, only Adobe Customer Care can assist with billing. Stopping payment does not cancel a plan, so please contact them. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

Type "agent" to get a human.

Unless Adobe Employee @CMass has another idea, contact Adobe Customer Care with her link or my link.

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.
