Can't use text to video feature with k12 account

Hi everybody,

whenever I try to make a text to video with the firefly fleature a message that tells me I'm not enabled to make videos and to contact the admin. How do I solve this?

Thanks for writing in. Video generation using the Generate Video feature is currently unavailable for K12 users.
