I just purchased the Adobe firefly, made some pictures and all of a sudden it says i don't have any credits.. how can it be?? I didn't used 700 credits! 

Please assist ASAP.

Thank you for your message.  The number of credits consumed depends on the model you use and the resolution you have selected. The credits used per second in Firefly and partner models are documented in the following help documents: Generative Credits FAQ and Partner Models in Adobe Products.

When you are about to generate, it does say how many credits that generation will consume next to the generate button:
