Credits suddenly changed!

Yesterday my account had 1000 credits of which I had used about a quarter. Today, suddenly, I have only 250 credits of which none are left! Seriously unimpressed but at least I am forced to dump Firefly and try something else.
When will Firefly credits be topped up please?

Firefly credits renew monthly on the day you subscribed.

Well I haven't got a clue when that was!!!!

It's in your account information. Go to https://account.adobe.com/plans and check the renewal date for the day of the month.
