I feel I am wasting time and money using Firefly, although I am open to my errors when writing a prompt so any advice would be helpful. I have a 3D image i created in illustrator, added to Firefly and wrote a prompt. The render came back cropped which is absolutely no good to me as it's a client logo. When I wrote another prompt asking for it not to be cropped and to leave a white area around the image it still did not work.
Please see my screenshot. I've been using Firefly fow a week now and to be hones, as of yet I cannot use any of its outputs. I get a much better result using Runway.
However, I am open to suggestions on how to better my experience.
