Hello, all files from favorites have disappeared.
Please let me know what happened to them.
Hello @Kasia31747474zv8w,
Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.
Favourites are stored in the browser cache when you save them. You can only access them on the same browser on the same computer. Hello @Kasia31747474zv8w,

Favourites are stored in the browser cache when you save them. You can only access them on the same browser on the same computer. If you use a different browser or different computer, you will not see them. Even if you are using the same browser on the same computer, your favourites might disappear. Browser cache is not designed for permanent storage, so Adobe's use of it comes with some risk: that the favourites can disappear without a trace. Any of these reasons (and more) can cause your favourites to disappear:
You might want to consider an alternative way of saving your creations. These references might be helpful on what steps you can take to save creations:

Adobe Firefly Gallery Set up
Hey @Kasia31747474zv8w
I very much understand your pain. As a result, I created my own "Gallery". It requires a bit of time and effort; however, it's my own private gallery w a list of my prompts, images, and links. Besides having my own personal library/ gallery I can see the prompts.
I like keeping my prompts to see what was working and how Firefly is evolving.
Creating My Own Gallery or Galleries (I have galleries based on a specific topic or theme)
1) take a screenshot of the image (I like having a screenshot; so, I can see what image I had generated.)
2) Save the link of the image
3) Open a Google File, Word Doc, or any other document
In the document
a) Paste the image and prompt. Add any effects as well that you may have used
b) Paste the link.
Keeping a link does not use credits.
Having the link actually saves you a credit later on, when you decided to reopen the link/ image.
>> Meaning: by pressing the saved link or pasting into the URL you generate the image you saved without using a credit. <
TRY PROMPT gives you new different images. New and different images means using a credit.
Finally:
c) Save | Name the document
By following these steps, I have been able to retrieve previously generated images, saved credits, and have seen how Firefly has evolved as well.
Essentially, I/ we created a private gallery that can be shared w friends, family, or my colleagues.
1) Share the gallery/ file
2) Share individual links w images
3) Have your own secure list of images and links.
>>Having a screenshot of the images helps tremendously.<<
Cheers,
O. Nate
