I attended adobe max 2025 and I was in the Russell Brown's pre-conference. We were successfully using Firefly during the session for 2 days before it was officially released. It worked wonderfully! However, the moment it was released to the world, I was not able to generate any more videos despite the fact that I had over 50,000 credits still available to me during the last day of Russell Brown's seminar (Tuesday, October 28, 2025). Today, I redeemed the 3 free months of Firefly given to me for attending Adobe Max. I've made many attempts to generate a video today, but without fail, every attempt is met with a "Something went wrong" prompt after 20 seconds of attempted generation. How can this be fixed? It's not my account, as I was not working within my own account while at Adobe Max when this problem began.
