Firefly Not Working

Since Adobe switched to 'Market Place' system a few days ago, we haven't been able to use Firefly and Photoshop Ai tool. As an agency, we have three full Creative Cloud packages. I believe this is a global problem. When will this be resolved?

 

I opened a case about this, but I haven't received any response:
