1. They won't let me buy Firefly Pro, I'm already an Adobe user, I pay more than 1000 dollars a year, that's a lot of money in Guatemala, I don't understand why I can't.
2. They are taking away my credits and it doesn't generate a single video, every time I try I get a notification that I already requested access, but nevertheless, they keep taking away my credits even though it doesn't generate anything.
3. I'm attaching the screenshots of the credits they stole from me and it hasn't generated anything for me.

Hey, this seems very frustrating! Please do not post you'r personal information to this forum as everyone can see it (it has been removed).
I also do apologise it's taken so long to get any reply. At the time of your post there was a lot of similar posts, making it a full time job for people like me (just regular users) to answer all the questions.
1. it seems you have a teams or school account. This means your admin has to approve the use of Firefly premium. You cannot purchase any subscriptions on your own. You must contact the admin within your organisation to adjust the subscription.
2. As for loosing credits whenever generating videos I cannot see that in your screenshot. If you don't have access to the premium features (text/image to video, translation) it shouldn't take credits, and if it did it should charge more than 5 credits.
3. In the generation history you can see if you generated any video or image. It won't show if you used Firefly in eg. Photoshop or Illustrator, but be aware that generative feature in the apps will also charge credits.
