firefly produces images in my tablet but not laptop any longer

does anyone have an idea why my laptop no longer produces images; but I can do so on my fire hd tablet with no difficulty; I can open firefly, look at community content and my favourites; but no matter the prompt images are no longer produced; and it just seems the process is trying to work but cannot do so.  no error messages

Which browser are you using? And what happens with a different one?
