Firefly transparent background not producing animation

Hi there I am trying to do a transparent background png illustration that I made.  I gave it one very simple instruuction and 2 times it wouldn't move and on the other 3 it just jumps the image in fashes.

All unusable and I have lost 1250 credits and nothing to show.  Im afraid to keep trying as it keeps using the credits with no results.

Any tips on either fixing the issue or reclaiming the lost credits.

Sorry about the issue. Does it happen with a specific image? Have you tried another image to generate the video? Could you share an illustration with us to test?
