FireFly Video loading freezes, and takes my points

hello im dealing with a issue where im typing in my prompts, inserting my images i want to use, and then i press Generate, it starts loading and you see the furry character moving its head left to right, and it never loads up, this is the 4th time this has happened to me smh. I paid good money for this service that i worked hard for and i was enjoying myself at first but now its just annoying. Can i please be reimbursed for the times where the system is malfunctioning? i feel like im getting ripped off honestly when it does that, everytime i put in a prompt i feel like im playing russian roulette hoping it doesnt freeze up. thanks

Have you checked youre generation history to see if your videos there? https://firefly.adobe.com/files?tab=generationHistory

I can see from the screenshot that the generations not done. How long does it take to get complete, or does it never complete? 

Can you try generating in icognito mode? Sometimes browser plugins interefere. Does that help? 

I cannot do anything about compensation, as I'm not an Adobe employee, just someone who geeks on Firefly 😅
