Firefly will not let me use my standard credits it keeps going to enhanced version

I just want to use my standard mode credits but my web browser keeps sending me to enhanced mode. I will report this to consumer police if this keeps happening. It has wasted hours of my time and is not efficient just trying to get back to what was once great. Very sad.
