Great looking character.
A few things might be happening:
1) The detail of the image is hyper detailed (there are a lot of lines): this could be confusing Firefly or the other models.
2) There is 'partial nudity'. I use brackets because of the nature of the image. Firefly is very strick about showing skin.
3) Certain words 'might' prevent FF from generating a video.
Take aways:
Clean crisp images
A few more clothes (maybe)
Wording matters: choose words like the man is walking towards the camera.

Thanks for responding, Nate. Of course, I'm surprised Adobe is so strict about dress codes, especially for a clearly non-sexy cartoon.

It's not just Adobe. I once asked ChatGPT to generate an image of a child screaming as she came down a playground slide. The prompt was refused because it was interpreted it as child harm. A simple re-wording got the prompt accepted.
