Quick Summery:
Had 160ish credits last weekend, but yesterday I had 88 but rendered 4 x4 more images and was at 84.
Today I just got home and I was at 46 credits which I thought could not be right so I refreshed the page and now they are all gone!
Not sure why but maybe just refreshing firefly consumes credits even when not used? I never used any premium features at all.
This is not the first time this has happened to me as it happened in January as well.
Already tried reaching out to support but the AI is sadly too dumb to even connect me with a live agent.
Has anyone else had this issue? (when not using premium features)

Hi @Chainsawrabbit
When you click your icon in the top right, are you seeing:
0/1000 credits left
I had an issue lately and managed to talk to a person through the Adobe chat and got the matter resolved.

Hiya! Thx for responding.
Just checked and mine showed 1/250 when i loaded the page and then went to 0/250 as more images loaded (got screenshots below) but didnt generate new ones, so not sure if its the same issue or a visual bug. We really need advanced usage logs for time and date for what we use.
My issue with the chat is teh AI cant seem to get to through to a live person, any suggestions on how to get that?

I've seen the same issue - my credit balance went from 190-something to 0 over the weekend, without me having generated more than 3 or 4 firefly prompts.
But perhaps their servers are just having an issue wrt credit balances, because i can still generate images with Firefly, even at 0/250 credits left

Hi @Chainsawrabbit
With the text chat, did you type in 'real agent'? When I added that, I had to wait a while but a eventually was connected to a reasl person.
@Chainsawrabbit and @individualistic_Moon6994
As you see in the Firefly credits info box (as below), Adobe is giving people additional use of Firefly when credits run out. This is stated as being for a limited time. It is not clear why.
