I have 978 generative credits; however, firely still asking me to buy the credits. Can you please resolve the issue.

Thanks for writing in. Are you trying text to video feature? If so, please know Creative Cloud plans do not currently include premium generative AI features, but Adobe is providing some free access for a set number of premium feature generations (2 free video generations and 40 seconds of translation). To generate more than what is currently included, beyond free generations, you can add on a Firefly Standard or Pro plan.
