I could find no way to buy enterprise support in order to use the API. I had some support conversations that eventually led to me learning that it can only be done via phone. When I got through to support via email they told me this is the number to call: 1 800 497 0335. Then I called and they told me it isn't correct and told me to call: 1-800-585-0774, which is now closed. I replied to support's email to tell them this and the reply I get is: "this is an unmonitored email account." Now I need to remember how I got in contact with that email support or if I even care to let them know. I'll assume it is open during earlier hours (since it doesn't say) and try calling that number tomorrow again. Why is this so hard to purchase?

So I called 3 more people (in India) to try to purchase this and still none of them can answer a single question: what do I need to purchase from Adobe in order to use the Adobe Firefly API. How your company be run this poorly? How is that possible?

I just made about 10 more attempts. Each agent forwards you to an "expert" who is a blank slate identical to the previous agent. None of them know how to buy Firefly API access. They just forward you to another agent forever and you must reverify who you are again.

No matter how you ask the answer is always "no" from adobe sales. "You can't buy our products - they don't really exist"! This is a clown show.
