Firefly model 5 and Nano Banana only have one reference image because they use reference images differently than Firefly Models 3 and 4.  With 5 and banana, the reference image is basically edited with your prompt. You would need to use prompt language to make the change you want.  Of course, you can go back and use models 3 or 4 if you feel they will generate what you need better/faster.

Hi @igor_6944,

I do not think Firefly on the web can accomplish what you want. You might want to try Photoshop on the web which has a beta feature allowing generative fill to have a reference image (which could be your new fabric).

Hello @melina_9883,

Thank you for your message.

How reference images are used is dependent on the model. While Firefly has a composition reference and style reference, the reference image for Nano Banana is used to have your prompt edit the reference image. That is why there is only one reference image for Nano Banana. For more information, please see: Generate images using partner models: Gemini 2.5 (Nano Banana).

Thanks,

Nie ma możliwości wgrania dwóch zdjęć referencyjnych. Usługa jest bezużyteczna.

Hi @igor_6944

Thanks for reaching out.  You can add two reference images: one under Composition and one under Style.  You can also choose the intensity or choose from the pre-added images. Please refer to the link for a clearer understanding. Let us know if you need additional help.

Hello @igor_6944,

Which model are you using? Different models use reference images differently.

Thanks,

Every other model alters my reference image instead of just adding the fabric over the original one.
