how to use generative fill

I want to use generative fill to increase pixels on a photo. In answer to this request I was told to click on helpx.adobe.com/Firefly/web/edit-images/Transform-images-using-generative.expand.html

when I did this I was instructed I needed to buy credits in order to access this.l  I just paid 9.99 for credits but still have not been able to use generative fill
