I keep getting a something went wrong after submitting a prompt.

Everytime i submit a prompt I get a something went wrong response. It is taking my credits away even though the program fails. I am trying to generate a video. The same thing happens no matter which operating system I use. windows 11 or mac.  Please resolve and return my credits.

This is definitely frustrating when this happens.

Just to add more to what @Kartika Rawat  mentioned. Sharing your prompt would help significantly.

Based on what I could read from your prompt: 
The prompt is requesting a lot of action to happen in 5 seconds. Remember the video is only 5 seconds. 😄


I found that breaking complex prompts into shorter prompts weilds better results. Once you have a collection of short videos you can splice them together in Adobe Firefly Boards
