I received an email, that i have been given access to video editor but can't access it.

Hi,

I received an email, that i have been given access to video editor.
But whne i go to site, it is still in waiting list and redirects me to fill the form again.
Can you please resolve this ?

While we are looking into this on our end, couple of things you could try:

Confirm you are using the right email address/adobe account (matching this email address)
Log out of your Adobe account and back in again using the email address used here in the forum
Try incognito window
Try clearing your browser cache
