The prompt "hello text" is a bit short and unclear what you would like to create.
For text, I recommend using Adobe Express. You have many more options to choose from and work with in the App. 
Firefly generator is suitable for creating images, vector images, and videos.

Did the image generate first and then disappear when this error was displayed or did you get this error immediately after trying to generate?
