Insufficient credits error

i already have more than 900 credits available for this moth and it shows insufficient credit, also some of the image created doesn't even match prompts

What function were you using when you received the insufficient credits message?  Can you please show us a screen shot of the whole browser window when you have the problem/see the error?

Can you please include a screenshot of the full browser window and not just the error message, so I can see whether you were generating text to image, image to video, text to vector, etc., and if you were using partner models, and if generating video, what model, resolution, and length were selected.
