Hello everyone
I hope you are doing well. I am facing an issue while using Adobe Firefly and I need some guidance from the community. Whenever I try to generate an image, the tool does not respond as expected. I have checked my browser, internet connection, and login status, but the problem still persists.

If anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows the solution, kindly guide me. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you elaborate a bit more on what you are looking to do? or what you would like Firefly to do? 
Screenshots and a sample of your prompt would help considerably, as well a brief discription of desired outcome that you are looking to generate.
