New To FireFly - text to image

I am brand new to Firefly ... I have played around with it but I have not had any luck generating any images that I enter text for ..... can someone please help ...... I have two things that I am wanting to do:

1: generate any clipart designs for a school I provide apparel for .... School Name: Windsor Academy ... School Mascot: Knights .... School Colors: Royal, White, Grey, Black .... design can include a sport or not

2: I need the attached man to be holding a basketball

Can someone explain to me how I can create these two things ... and maybe from those I can learn for future design ideas
