Hello @JuanoPY,
Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.
Users on Creative Cloud plans can use their credits on any standard Firefly feature (e.g., Generative Fill, Generate Image). However, users need to be on Firefly premium plan (Firefly Plus or Firefly Premium) to access premium features like Generative Video and Translate Video and Audio.
Adobe is providing all users the ability to try out the premium features. Complimentary generations vary by premium feature (e.g., 2 complimentary generations of Generate Video).
This is the table in the Frequently asked questions about generative credits document that illustrates this:
Even though individual creative cloud plans have generative AI credits, those credits cannot be used for video creation beyond the limited trial. Video generation will need one of the paid Firefly premium plans, which are Firefly Plus or Firefly premium (shown in the chart above). More information on Firefly plans is available at: Compare plans that include creative AI.
More information on standard and premium generative features is contained in this document Adobe posted on Reddit: Adobe Firefly Announcements / Video Model / FAQ.
Thanks,
droopy

Bonjour

Bonjour @Seb Morin,
That is a good question. I am not sure I know the full answers yet, but our main guide is: Frequently asked questions about generative credits (Questions fréquentes sur les crédits génératifs ). This seems to be the relevant table:
Bien à vous,

i guess we will all use some other, better ai tools, and most of them are cheaper than adobe. Lately text to image is worst of all ai i tried, it does not have normal chat box, many other ai are connected and you have real time shortened experience, unike adobe. it's puzzeling how adobe is charging this, so in order to try this i made 2 videos, i did not download neither, and to try t more i have to be obligated to py 10 usd per moth for at least 1 year? i personaly thimk this is agressive

So Adobe justifies all these rate hikes because of the features of AI that are coming. But then when the features come out, they're like hey, we want you to pay for it. Did they think we would forget that they justified all these hikes because they were supposed to give us AI feature? Really seems a little bit crappy to me

Firefly burns. So I asume that we could see in the near future that Full App Creative Cloud; Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, etc. ,that is paid for monthly by your customers, may be skimmed down so that better technical features can be sold at higher premium costs? That is the reason that you went with CC years ago, so that you rent the software and get give the renter free upgrades - Didn't you think that there would be new technology to ever come along?
Real world metaphore. You sell us an expensive cooked chicken, now you cut off the legs, sell us the same chicken for increasing costs and also want to sell us the chicken legs for a additional cost.

This table should be featured on the Creative Cloud app landing screen! Adobe has been promoting the video feature very heavily for the past couple of weeks and its incredibly frustrating to get a pop up asking you to pay for something you thought was included in your subscription.

That's one of my biggest Adobe brand let downs with this. The responses haven't been considerate of the super clear backlash, it's more or less been "Read the fine print." Adobe, if you're listening, that doesn't sit well.
Again, this is the direction Disney Parks went with their Lightning Lane product ON TOP of expensive park entrance, and it is now blowing up in their face. Check out the Wall Street Journal and other sources that are showing how Disney knows it damaged its brand and legacy customers have bailed. Don't do these "Pro" add-ons. You are diluting the value to paid Creative Cloud subscribers. There is already a lot of FREE things non-subscribers can do and that doesn't sit well. Now for paid CC subscribers we have to pay more? We can see really, really negative impacts on the brand. Again, course correct. Make us your biggest fans and advocates.
It's as simple as giving CC subscribers at least 25-50 generations a month. Many won't use all of them. For those that do and find their business relies on this, THEN they can justify or recoup the cost. Can't Adobe afford to just give us more free generations?

Adobe doesn't care what we think anymore, if you want a brilliant assessment of their current strategy go to YouTube and look up "HELPING ADOBE with their Public Relations Strategy".

We pay so much for Creative Cloud because there are always going to be new features coming along. Then when something good comes along Adobe wants us to buy a separate subscription. Classic bait and switch. Frankly we pay too much for Creative Cloud that I find this unacceptable.

Ok, based on enterprise/team people posting here, it is possible you local admin has to authorise it. The help documentation does not seem to cover that yet, so I cannot say for sure. We will probably know more in the next day or so.

I received the email today that i now have access to Generate Video via Adobe Firefly. When i went to the dashboard to try it out, it stated that i was already out of credits. How can that be?
