actualmente cuento con un plan Creative Cloud, en el cual está incluido Firefly. Sin embargo al usar Firefly en la web me indica que debo adquirir un plan. Solo pude generar 2 videos

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

 

Users on Creative Cloud plans can use their credits on any standard Firefly feature (e.g., Generative Fill, Generate Image). However, users need to be on Firefly premium plan (Firefly Plus or Firefly Premium) to access premium features like Generative Video and Translate Video and Audio. Hi, I was just off the phone with Adobe, and they launched 2 new FireFly Standard and Pro recently, are the only ones that allow you to generate videos. If you're like me and had FireFly with the Creative Cloud plan, and credits, you still can not generate videos unless you pay for the new FireFly plans that are not included with the Creative Cloud plan.

You can buy Firefly Standard or Pro without having any other plan. That gets you access to Firefly on the web and access to create images and videos using firefly.adobe.com.  If you are already a creative cloud subscriber, there is not a single plan which includes creative cloud apps and Firefly premium features.

The whole "buying credits" is a scam.

multiple complicated packages  +  selling through credits  =  people accidentally buying things they dont need.

Just sell one product at reasonable price, and leave it at that.

Hi @maryam_1529,

 

I have merged your question into this thread. Firefly video generation is a premium service not included in create cloud plans. You would need to subscribe to a Firefly premium plan to access video generation. That is discussed in more detail in the pinned message at the top of this thread.

My Creative Cloud plan includes a "standard" FireFly feature but there's now a new "STANDARD" Firefly plan and it does offer - Generate up to 20 5-second videos,  which I guess my FireFly is more like the new BASIC 😞 with Creative Cloud now only allow to do images no videos, SMH

Yes, the way Adobe has structured the Firefly video service, you have to subscribe to a premium Firefly plan in order to generate video. Generative AI credits from creative cloud plans can still be used for image generation on the Firefly web site or in other Adobe applications.

I am not sure if you saw my reply to your similar post on February 12. While Generative AI credits from creative cloud plans can be used to generate images on the Firefly web site and in other Adobe apps, they cannot be used to generate videos on the Firefly web site. Generating videos requires one of the two separate Firefly premium plans shown in your image above.

Ok, I don't understand how you can justify charging for a beta when I can't
even test whether or not it would suit my needs. The two tests that I did
create were not accurate and created very strange results. So without
access, I cannot test to see if I can improve results, and I am not going
to pay you guys to help you make it better. It should be the other way
around.

I am not frustrated with you personally, but with your company's policy on
this. So if you can share my feedback upwards I would appreciate that.

Adobe, transparency is helpful as we all evaluate what to do with this new "Pro, pay-to-play, thought we were gonna have this included in our CC subscription" situation.

We see some Adobe employees have now jumped in and we probably have you to thank for that. Clearly Adobe didn't anticipate the confusion and backlash.
