Why is this happening? I'm in The Netherlands and I've used the web app plenty of times and now suddenly it tells me I can't use it? What kind of dumb stuff is this?

@KKOPPI are you using a VPN at all? Can you share the specific message window you are getting?

This is the error. I tried with and without VPN. Various devices and various accounts. Also mobile data. Nothing helps...

@KKOPPI you'll need to contact adobe customer care. Easiest way is on X (@AdobeCare) or go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and log into the site. Click the chat pod on the bottom right and type AGENT to get a real person who can help. Be patient 1:1 customer care puts you in a queue.
