In the Creative Cloud app. Click on your avatar. There it could be.

i used to be able to see that info by clicking on the small icon on the top right corner with my profile picture. it seams it's not there anymore and i can't figure it out either. 😣

Adobe Fireflyへの質問だったので、アドビサポートコミュニティ 総合案内 から、グローバルコミュニティの Adobe Firefly へ移動となったようです（日本語コミュニティには、Adobe Firefly フォーラムが無く、こちらに統合されています）。

さて。生成クレジットの数値の確認ですが、つい最近までは Adobe Firefly サイト（ https://firefly.adobe.com/ ）など、アドビのウェブサイト右上のユーザーアイコン❶より確認できたようですが、今現在（2024/11/18 0:23）、日本語ユーザーである私の環境からは確認できないようです。

代わりに、Creative Cloudデスクトップアプリ の右上のユーザーアイコンより❷のように確認できました。

以上、ご参考になりましたら幸いです。

I thought it used to be on the account page of the website, but I am not sure. The only place I can find it is by opening Creative Cloud app and clicking my avatar to see it. I only know this because I just wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to figure this out and came here to search for an answer. Turns out we aren't alone. I do get so incredibly frustrated with their software but I can't hate too hard as I've used it my whole life. I will say, in terms of inpainting their gen ai is really good in the sense of fixing and cleaning problems quickly. Using a local AI model like SD it is never as simple.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Are you looking at the location shown in my post above?  What do you see when you click you avatar where it shows my credits in the image I posted above?

Generative credits are not showing in the popup menu of the avatar icon. also adobe is not giving any control to removing payment card from the account.
