Do I get access to Adobe Firefly if I subscribe to Adobe All Apps?

Will I get then access to video generation or only image generation? 

Also do I get access to Adobe Stock if I subscribe to Adobe All Apps? Does it require separate payment?

Short version to your answer: yes. There are some limitations to the number of videos you can generate. 
Adobe Stock: you get access to a million plus free stock images.
Videos: 2 standard generations per day. 

You can purchase the permium Firefly plan seperately.
Adobe Creative Plans

Adding to what @Oh.N8 said, if you want to generate Firefly video, you will need a Firefly premium subscription. The options are listed here: Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro plans. Note, you only get two free generations once, then you need to subscribe to a Firefly premium plan.

As @Oh.N8 points out, there is a subset of the Adobe Stock images available without a subscription. If you want access to the full content of Adobe Stock, you would need to purchase a separate Adobe Stock subscription.
