t: Request for Additional Firefly Credits After Upgrade and Limited Use

Hi there, I hope you're doing well.

I have a concern I’m hoping you can help with. I recently upgraded my Firefly plan and paid an extra $30 on top of my regular Creative Cloud subscription. Despite that, I was only able to create 6 videos before I ran out of credits.

Between the $30 upgrade and my existing Creative Cloud plan—which gives me 11,025 credits—I really expected to have much more flexibility and access. I upgraded specifically to increase my creative output, so it’s been pretty frustrating to hit a limit so quickly.

I’m not trying to complain, but I do feel like I didn’t get the value I paid for. I’d really appreciate it if you could review this and possibly help me out with some additional credits. I genuinely enjoy using Firefly and want to keep creating without running into these barriers.

I completely understand how frustrating it must be to invest in an upgraded Firefly plan on top of your Creative Cloud subscription and still feel limited in your ability to create. Your passion for using Firefly to its fullest really comes through. You will get the credits on the monthly renewal date. You can also check the link to understand the different plans available.
