Unable to generate images with the word "toe" in prompt

Greetings,

I have been trying to use generative fill in Firefly and Express to make toes longer. I keep getting a notifications that something violates a policy. I finally narrowed it down to the word "toe".  What the heck?

Is it blocked in every Adobe product?
