Unlimited generative Firefly credits until December 1, 2025?

What happened to unlimited generative Firefly credits until December 1, 2025? I have a Creative Cloud plan and was told by Adobe that I had unlimited generatice credits in Firefly until December 1, 2025. After using 2,000 credits Firefly has stopped working until I buy credits. What happened to unlimited? When I tried support chat, and agent gave me a phone number. Judging from the menu options I went through, it appeared to be the correct phone number. After reaching support for Firefly, I was told I would be connected to an agent in less than 1 minute. Music played for 2 seconds, and then it was total silence. No one ever answered. How can I get Adobe to fulfill the promise of unlimited generative credits in Firefly until December 1?

I am sorry to hear that you having this problem. 

Strictly for clarification: 
I am including the menu of Firefly and the Partner Models. 

The Menu Items in Red are the Firefly Models.
The Partner Models below the line are partner models: They use credits. Each model uses a different amount of credits depending on the model.

The number of credits to be used will be shown at the bottom right corner by the blue generation button.
