I’ve been trying to generate a video using Adobe Firefly, but the process consistently gets stuck at the loading screen. The fuzzy placeholder animation appears with the message “Keep this browser tab open and your video will load momentarily,” but the video never finishes generating—even after waiting over 20 minutes.
I’ve attempted this multiple times using different prompts, browsers (Chrome and Edge), I also opened a second tab with a simplified prompt, and it stalled at the same point. I’ve never successfully generated a video since I started using Firefly.
Details:
Device: Windows 11
Browsers tried: Chrome, Edge
Internet connection: Stable
Adobe account: Signed in and active
Please advise if this is a known issue or if there’s a workaround. I’d love to use this feature successfully.
Thank you!
